Everyone deserves kindness...
Yes, even you!

We offer treatment to unlock your inner strengths and build a life that’s worth smiling about!

We partner with you in health and happiness

Kind Mind Psychology is a virtual therapy practice serving clients across New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, and 40+ states. We believe that high-quality mental health care should be available to everyone, not just those who fit neatly into a box. That belief shapes everything we do, from the clinicians we hire to the communities we serve to the sliding scale we offer (starting as low as $30 per session).

Our team of licensed psychologists and therapists takes an integrated approach to care. That means we treat the whole person, not just a single diagnosis. We work with teens, adults, couples, and families offering support across the lifespan and across the full range of what life throws at you. Our services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and sex therapy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, or relationship challenges, your treatment is tailored to you and grounded in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

We are here for all our fellow humans, and we bring deep expertise in working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and alternative lifestyle communities. Too many people have had the experience of sitting across from a therapist who doesn’t understand their world. At Kind Mind, you won’t have to educate your clinician on what it means to be queer or a person of color navigating spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. That understanding is already in the room so you can focus on the work that matters.

If you’re ready to work with a team that sees you clearly, meets you where you are, and will help you get where you’re trying to go, we’d love to hear from you.
