My name is Cassandra and I am a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate at Long Island University Post. I have a background in Forensic Psychology and have experience working with people dealing with substance use, psychosis, relationship issues, self-harm, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My therapeutic approach centers around honesty, empathy, openness, and patience. Therapy isn’t a quick fix, is not easy, and often involves confronting some of our most uncomfortable and challenging experiences. Through fostering an open and welcoming environment I hope to make this process as comforting and beneficial as it can be.
