I believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship that centers on compassion, nonjudgement, and curiosity to facilitate self acceptance, growth, and healing. I utilize an integrative approach that emphasizes CBT, Somatic, Person-centered, and DBT practices to help clients effectively manage their emotions, and develop compassionate and affirming self acceptance. I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, Personality Disorders such as BPD, and adjustment disorders.
